When you subscribe to Ugly Drinks, you choose to receive your chosen quantity of drinks every 30 days. You are able to cancel, pause, amend the quantity of your order or frequency of your delivery as much as you like.

Yes! You are able to add or remove product to your subscription as frequently as you’d like. You can do this by signing in using the user log in button at the top of our site and clicking on manage subscriptions. When you click edit you can increase or decrease your quantity.

You can cancel your subscription by logging in using the user log in at the top of our page, clicking on manage subscription and selecting cancel. We’ll be sad to see you go and hope you’ll look upon the time we spent together fondly. We certainly will!
When you log in using the email you ordered your subscription from in the past and click on ‘manage subscriptions’ you will be able to see your previous subscription. There is a button to re-activate your subscription.
This depends on the promo code. The information should always accompany the supplied code but if not, try and enter both together at checkout and if it works – woo! If it doesn’t, and you think it should, drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with us on our website.

Yes! If you enter your mobile at checkout, you will receive your tracking details on the day your order is out for delivery. At this point, you will be able to rearrange your delivery day or request delivery to another location.
Sometimes, due to the size of our bulk items, our orders can arrive in two parts so don’t worry if this happens! If all of your Ugly Drinks haven’t arrived within 5 business days or your tracking details say your order has been completed – drop us an email on email@example.com and we’ll chase down your order!

Your card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order. When you open a subscription with us, you will get an email 3 days before your next credit charge. You will also receive an email when your recurring payment is processed.
When your card is due to expire, we’ll send you an email. You will get one 30 days, 15 days and 3 days before your card expiry date. If your card is not updated and the payment is declined, you will be sent an email notification. We’ll try to charge payment a few times but we can’t ship your Ugly Drinks to you until the payment has been confirmed.
We can’t offer returns at the moment but if your order arrived damaged, you received the wrong product or you had any other issue with your order, get in touch at hello@uglydrinks and we’ll see what we can do. We want you to have the best experience of Ugly.
Of course.Credit card information, including the name on the card, card type, card number, expiry date and CV2 is collected and processed by our third party payment processor. We retain limited credit card information for our records (e.g. the last four digits for validation purposes) but we do not store or retain complete credit card information. Our site is Level 1 PCI compliant to ensure that we meet the highest set of security standards.
